The Art of Emancipation – federating projects

Inspired by Stella Adler and Rita Laura Segato, Céline Nogueira has been building a pedagogy for emancipation destined to all, using  theatrical tools to enhance empathy, cohesion and empowerment. 

She launches in  2021 the Outreach program “My body, my territory!”, winning project of the City of Toulouse’ contest to reduce sexual violences and sexism and discriminations. The program includes theatre, movement, writing workshops and creative projects. 

Federating projects include Experience Patriarchy (2017-19), American Theatre Project – onscreen & onstage (in)visible violences  (2016-17) & Trans.Lab (2018)
